ABOUT

WildRaptor conservancy is a falconry company who focus on conservation through not only education but in rehabilitation programs. All our staff members are highly skilled falconers and animal trainers with extensive experience. We believe that there is an important and historic value in keeping the age-old skills of falconry alive as part of the importance of conservation, education and rehabilitation.

Our experience in conducting falconry demonstrations for the tourism industry range from small family groups all the way through to groups of people of up to 500 people. Our knowledge of Emirati falconry history and techniques, combined with western falconry styles and techniques is unparalleled anywhere in the world.

An Innovative Approach

People are not going to care about animal conservation unless they think that animals are worthwhile. People must feel that the natural world is important and valuable and beautiful and wonderful and an amazement and a pleasure.

- Sir David Attenborough

We need to find innovative ways, such as Wildraptor conservancy’s approach, to conserve not only wildlife but also find solutions to the ever dwindling habitat which the animals are reliant on for their future survival.

Recent studies and research have shown that the association of people with animals and the natural environment contributes to overall health and wellbeing. A close relationship between people and animals is vital to the wellbeing of our planet, its inhabitants and its habitat.

In order to generate funds for conservation such as rehabilitation and release projects, WildRaptor believes this tried and tested safe interaction between humans and wildlife can play a part in insuring the continuation of the species.

It is our intention to make funds/grants available to bonafide raptor conservation efforts. A key focus will be on funding release projects.

Through WildRaptor personal interactions, special event publicity and corporate event exposure animals can benefit.

WildRaptor conservancy’s aim is to share our love and respect for animals with our guests and try to instil a culture of caring for the natural world around us.
